Over the last few years, Yodel Mobile has seen an increase in charities launching apps to build visibility, outreach and interaction with their services. Last year, the team at Yodel Mobile launched a charity app marketing initiative, offering a select charity its app marketing consultancy, for free.
The Yodel app marketing programme focuses on acquiring, engaging and retaining high-value users via optimising mobile search, analytics and attribution tracking and implementation, app store optimisation (ASO), onboarding, A/B testing, mobile CRM, app review and feedback management, social sharing and paid user acquisition.
Last year’s winners, Breast Cancer Care, went through Yodel’s programme, increasing engagement with the app and ensuring it landed in the hands of users who would most benefit from it.
