‘Near Me’ brand experience company, Uberall, has partnered with neighbourhood hub provider, Nextdoor, to boost local retail visibility and engagement with consumers. The collaboration will enable businesses linked to the Uberall and Nextdoor platforms to increase their points of digital contact with nearby customers.
Nextdoor connects neighbours to everything nearby, including local businesses and services, providing businesses with a free customisable Business Page – and verified user recommendations.
Uberall customers will now find Nextdoor in Uberall’s network of partner platforms. Thanks to a centralised platform, the information on their Business Page will be updated in real-time and sync with all of their online profiles.
By claiming a Business Page on Nextdoor, local businesses can establish an online presence and instantly reach thousands of neighbours with high buying intent and potential for conversion. More than 88% of members make local purchases at least once a week while 70% trust word of mouth from fellow members.
The growth of ‘Near Me’ online searches for nearby physical stores is a development that companies need to take into account when interacting with their consumers at the local level. The partnership between Uberall and Nextdoor will enable many companies to get closer to their local customers by providing them with accurate and up-to-date information for their search for products and services close to home.
