Moloco hires Brandon Maultasch as Chief Financial Officer

Advertising machine learning platform, Moloco, has hired former MD of RBC Capital Markets, Brandon Maultasch as Chief Financial Officer.

Maultasch brings ten years of experience in investment banking to his new role and has held a series of leadership positions at RBC Capital Markets from 2013 until now, first as a Vice President, then as Director, and most recently as Managing Director.

Throughout his career as an investment banker, Maultasch focused on advising software and internet companies on corporate strategy, value creation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. During his tenure at RBC Capital Markets, he led successful IPOs, M&A and LBO transactions, completing more than 100 strategic advisory and capital markets transactions for companies like Pinterest, Lyft, DoubleVerify, Pubmatic, Slack, and Olo.
