Parag Vohra joins IPONWEB to build out programmatic offering for brands, agencies and publishers 

iponweb Advanced advertising platforms and infrastructure company,  IPONWEB, has appointed Parag Vohra as Vice President of Principal Partnerships for its Global Solutions Group.

Based in New York, Vohra will develop strategies to acquire, grow and retain IPONWEB’s brand, agency and publisher clients – the principal parties in the advertising value chain. This will see him evolve and commercialize the company’s media trading products and infrastructure to meet the increasingly sophisticated programmatic needs of the world’s biggest media buyers and sellers.

IPONWEB has created the new role as programmatic advertising becomes simultaneously more critical and more complex for brands, agencies and publishers who are struggling to realize their programmatic objectives using off-the-shelf trading platforms and point solutions; new challenges around performance, data, identity, control and transparency exacerbate the urgency for more flexible solutions that can be adapted to the unique needs of each organization.

Vohra was previously vice president of the Americas at Sojern, a provider of data-driven marketing solutions for the travel industry.  In this role, he helped the company grow to a leading vertical programmatic platform focused on the travel sector.  He has also held commercial roles at TripAdvisor, Yahoo!, and Marriott.
