Papa John’s goes vegan with RCS messaging campaign from Infobip

Cloud communication company, Infobip, has enabled an RCS messaging campaign for Papa John’s Pizza to acknowledge World Vegan Day and promote the fast-food restaurant’s new vegan pizza menu.

Papa John’s International, Inc. is the world’s third-largest pizza delivery company with over 350 restaurants in the UK. Mobile channels represent approximately three-quarters of digital sales at Papa John’s and the company is always looking to enrich the user experience.

Papa John’s ran a three-day RCS campaign resulting in 23% higher sales than SMS outreach.

We couldn’t be more thrilled to enable RCS in the UK. Papa John’s Pizza is such a great example of how consumers can interact with their favorite restaurants and brands over RCS in completely new ways.
