EYE TV: Giles Palmer, CEO of Brandwatch

Social intelligence company Brandwatch keeps growing. In the last few years, it has acquired SaaS research platform Qriously which crucially fuses a research function with the platform, allowing it to get further into the motivations of consumers. The company has also merged with its main competitor, Crimson Hexagon, almost doubling its footprint and importantly building a huge team of software engineers, putting innovation at the centre of the company.

Mobile Industry Eye caught up with CEO and founder, Giles Palmer, to discuss the thinking behind both of these moves and glimpse the future of social research.
