Infobip included in Government G-Cloud 12 framework

G-Cloud Cloud communications provider, Infobip, has been approved as a supplier to the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 12 framework, which offers the UK’s public sector organisations easy access to the cloud services.

The G-Cloud 12 framework, which came into effect on the 28 September, serves to minimise the lengthy procurement process by offering a straightforward and compliant way for IT buyers at organisations like the NHS, GCHQ and the British Army to browse the latest cloud-based innovations, such as hosting, software, and support.

Infobip’s entire catalogue features within the framework, including its contact center solution, customer engagement platform and bot-building platform, which has already been used by health organisations across the globe to keep the public updated during the COVID-19 pandemic with an FAQ chatbot over WhatsApp.

G-CloudThe unprecedented situation we have found ourselves in has expedited digital transformation on a scale no-one could have predicted. This is especially the case in the public sector space, where innovative solutions from approved suppliers are needed quickly and at scale.
