Peter Dolukhanov, Group CTO at Karmarama has left the digital agency to launch Decoded Consulting, a technology leadership practice offering CTO services, helping businesses grow and scale using technology, digital products and services.
Decoded Consulting will offer CTO and technology leadership services to start-ups, brands and agencies. It will provide technology strategy and leadership, support the launch of new products and services, improve operational efficiencies, while working in close collaboration with brand, marketing, experience and product teams.
Nice Agency was founded ten years ago by Dolukhanov and Ryan Hall, it grew to become an award-winning mobile agency with a portfolio of brand clients including Channel 4, UBS, Flybe and Ticketmaster. Karmarama acquired Nice Agency in 2014. Dolukhanov oversaw the growth and integration of the agency into Karmarama, ahead of the acquisition of Karmarama by Accenture Interactive in 2016.
At Karmarama, Dolukhanov developed a creative innovation practice, and through this initiative he led and delivered the world’s first AI-moderated debate which was launched at SXSW 2019.
Having worked in the technology sector for over 20 years, Dolukhanov’s experience includes delivering cross-platform digital experiences for the enterprise and consumer markets across financial, media and telecoms sectors. He was included in the BIMA Hot 100 in 2015 and 2017 and was named ‘most influential’ in the Hospital Club 100 list in 2015.
